Warbud awarded in the 'Build Safely 2015' contest

Warbud S.A. took first place in the 'Build Safely' contest for popularising safe and healthy conditions of work on the construction site of 'Wroclaw 101' office building situated at 101 Piłsudskiego St. in Wroclaw.

The award ceremony was held on 17 December. The objective of the competition is to promote those building contractors who provide safe working conditions.

The competition jury also awarded a statuette and a diploma to site manager Mr. Łukasz Lis for his outstanding achievements in the field of safe organization of work and his care of work safety. The construction project he is managing is a model for the effectiveness of use of good practices in the construction industry promoted by the State Labour Inspection (PIP).

'I want to give my special thanks to the project team. I also thank my colleagues from the OHS Department - Sebastian Lewiński, Jacek Kalwas, Arkadiusz Bernacki and our OHS Inspector - Monika Pasamonik. I hope that the involvement of our whole team will allow us to complete the project and reach our Zero Accidents goal,' said Łukasz Lis.
