NICOLAS DEPRET  - President of the Management Board  

He graduated from Ecole Spéciale des Travaux Publics, du Bâtiment et de l'Industrie in Paris.

GREGOIRE PINASSEAU - Secretary General, Management Board Member 

Since 1991 he has been continuously associated with the VINCI Group, the key player in the concessions and construction industry in the world. A manager with extensive experience in the area of financial management, financial and managerial accounting.

GRZEGORZ CHUDZIK - Member of the Management Board 

A graduate of Warsaw University of Technology. Since October 2021 as Member of the company's Management Board he is responsible for the operational activities of all Warbud's construction divisions.
