Warbud and Erbud as well as Polish Association of Construction Employers jointly implement the project "Our Pupil - Our Employee - development of a model program of practical apprenticeship for the construction industry."
This program was financed from the European Social Fund under the Priority Axis II of the Operational Program Knowledge Education Development 2014-2020 "Effective public policies for the labour market, economy and education" (Measure 2.15 Vocational education and training adapted to the needs of a changing economy). The co-financing amount is PLN 1,411,647.00.
The purpose of the project is to modernize vocational education and adapt it to the expectations and needs of employers by developing a model practical vocational training program (MPPNZ) for the construction industry.
The preparation of the MPPNZ involves schools, centres for practical education (CKP) and vocational and continuing education centres (CKZiU). The program covers 8 groups of professions to which 16 occupations in the construction industry have been assigned in the field of construction, finishing works, carpentry, roofing, industrial insulation, stonework and stove fitting. An element of the MPPNZ will be the Quality Assurance Principles for Ensuring Practical Education implemented by the employer (ZZJKP) along with a verification tool allowing to monitor the quality of practical education by all involved parties. The MPPNZ will contain an attachment with teaching content for implementation in real working conditions which will be adjusted on September 1, 2019.
The project has been in progress from August 1, 2018 to November 30, 2019.
Amount of subsidy: PLN 1,411,647.00, including the contribution of European Funds: PLN 1,189,736.09.
Framework project schedule:
Task 1. Development of a model vocational training program (MPPNZ) in the construction industry (VIII'18-I'19)
Task 2. Pilot program of an approved MPPNZ and development of ZZJKP together with a verification tool (II-VI'19)
Task 3. Development of the final version of the MMPNZ together with ZZJKP and a verification tool and transfer to schools (VII-XI'19)
