On 28 September 2021 General Meeting of Shareholders decided to change the composition of Warbud SA’s Management Board. New Management Board was then appointed composed of: Mr. Sebastien Morant - acting President of the Management Board, Ms. Małgorzata Kończal and Mr. Grzegorz Chudzik - Board Members.

The General Meeting of Shareholders decided to allocate the amount of PLN 28,461,540 to pay dividend for 2020. The amount of PLN 0.94 is assigned to each ordinary share. The amount of PLN 1.12 is assigned to each preference share. The dividend will be paid on October 6, 2021.
