On 12 December 2014 Warbud signed a contract for the completion of construction work on the Małopolska Region Information Technology Park in Cracow including associated infrastructure. The Investor is the company Krakowski Park Technologiczny Sp. z o.o.

The contract was signed for Warbud by Director of Region South Mr. Grzegorz Koprowski. The Client, Krakowski Park Technologiczny was represented by Vice-Chairman of the Management Board, Mr. Krzysztof Krzysztofiak.

Warbud will carry out the following works under the contract: fit-out works, interior installations, road woks including soft landscaping, automatic parking support system and supply of furniture items.

MPTI will be a centre for development of new ideas and technologies. It will become a platform for cooperation of academic, business and administration circles. The futuristic building will offer office space, modern laboratories, cloud computing services and space for the provision of consulting and training services. It will be the seat and support for small and medium-sized companies from the ICT sector.
