DELL MANUFACTURING PLANT

The manufacturing complex for DELL corporation was situated on a 47-hectare plot in the vicinity of Łódź-Olechów railway station. We have built a production facility housing production lines and more than 120 reloading bays, office rooms and warehousing facilities as well as separate buildings containing technical and plant rooms, a boiler station, gate house, pumping station and staff facilities.

The production part covers the area of more than 30 000 m².

For the construction of the buildings we used 9 414 m³ of concrete, 7 830 tons of structural steel and 992 tons of reinforcing steel. 130 000 m² of lawns were planted.
