On June 10, 2025, WARBUD signed a contract for the modernization of the Zagłębiowski Clinical Hospital in Czeladź being part of the transformation project of the Department of General Surgery and Oncological Surgery and the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology and Oncological Gynaecology together with an operating theatre and central sterilization facility.

The contracting entity is the Zagłębie Clinical Hospital in Czeladź. The contract was signed by Hospital Director - Ms. Aldona Sylwa, and on behalf of WARBUD the document was signed by  Mr. Grzegorz Chudzik – Member of the Management Board and Mr. Lech Wąsowski - Director of Region South. On behalf of the consortium member the contract was signed by Mr. Wojciech Chowan, President of Meritum Construction Group.

The contract in Czeladź will be executed as a "design and build" project. The investment will include the construction of a new four-storey facility with a height of over 15 m, which will house an operating theatre with three rooms and central sterilization facility. We will also build a connector with the existing part of the hospital and modernize the space of the current operating theatre. The overall expansion area is approximately 4,710 m² (±15%).

The scope of our work includes the supply of medical equipment to the facility, as well as the landscaping of the external area where parking lots and internal roads will be built.
