WARBUD SA will perform construction and installation works as part of the rebuilding project at the Neurosurgery Clinic at Regional Clinical Hospital No. 2 in Rzeszów. The contract was signed on November 20, 2025. On behalf of the Investor, the document was signed by Ms. Barbara Rogowska, Hospital Director, and on behalf of WARBUD, by Director of Region South Mr. Lech Wąsowski, and Director of Division East Mr. Piotr Ordon.

Our task is to rebuild and modernize the rooms in building A on the fourth floor, as well as some of the rooms on the second floor, which we will convert to completely new functions. As the building works will be performed in an active facility, and it is necessary to relocate the Neurosurgery Clinic and the Cardiology Clinic, the project is divided into three phases:

• area to be rebuilt in phase 1 - 622 m²
• area to be rebuilt in phases 2 and 3 – 1,541.30 m².

The construction team have 92 weeks to complete all work.

At the request of the Client, we will also perform construction and installation works outside the main project area. Their purpose is to install a ventilation system (i.e. ventilation rooms for building A and building C) and to connect the new installations, control, instrumentation and IT systems with the existing hospital infrastructure.
