On 12 December 2014 Warbud signed a contract for the execution of building works connected with modernization of facilities and thermal upgrading of Building A1 of Holy Family Hospital. The Client is Holy Family Specialist Hospital - Independent Public Health Care Centre at Madalińskiego St. in Warsaw. On Warbud's part the contract was signed by Mrs. Jolanta Grocholska, Board Member and Mr. Daniel Okoński, Proxy.

Warbud SA will carry out the following works as the main contractor:

• demolition works
• finishing works
• sanitary works - heating installations, process heat systems, HVAC systems, water and sewage installations, cooling system
• installation of electrical and telecommunications systems
• medical gas installations including the supply of medical equipment: supply units for operating and post-surgery rooms, medical panels over patient beds.

After upgrading Building A1, the low ground floor will house the following facilities: a publicly available pharmacy, technical rooms, outpatient surgery rooms, admission room for women, admission room for children. The upper ground floor will contain: a diagnostic and gynaecology health centre, an oncological surgery clinic with endoscopy laboratory and a milk bank. On floor 1 there will be an one-day gynaecology sub-unit as well as: a standard gynaecology unit, a gynaecological oncology unit and an obstetrics unit. On floor 2 there will be a neonatology unit.

Total area of the hospital part to be rebuilt: approx. 3000.00 m²

Scheduled project duration: January - July 2015.

The building works will be carried out in an operating hospital, in the vicinity of functioning hospital units. It must be added that from December 2012 to November 2014 Warbud worked for the same Investor on the upgrading of Building A2.
