On Saturday, February 21, 2026, employees of WARBUD and of the entire VINCI Construction Polska holding reached the height of the world's highest mountain several times during the anniversary edition of the Skyliner Everest Run sports and charity event in Warsaw. This is one of the most intense charity running events in Poland. The goal for the participants was to cover a distance equivalent to the height of Mount Everest – the highest eight-thousander, in just 24 hours. To do this, one had to climb to the Skyliner’s 42nd floor 55 times.
Our teams from WARBUD, EUROVIA and VINCI Construction Usługi Wsparcia joined their forces. Participants took part both in relay and individual races. The results are impressive and everyone deserves applause. All participants did a huge amount of work, putting their full commitment into the collective effect. The VINCI Construction Polska team have proven that together you can climb really high, even to the Roof of the World.

The Skyliner Everest Run is organised by the RK Rescue Services Support Foundation. Every year, the proceeds from the event are used to purchase medical equipment. This time, the collected funds will be used to service the professional Stephan Eve Neo ventilator and purchase an Oxylog 3000 Plus ventilator.
Skyliner is a high-rise building located in Warsaw's Wola district at Rondo Daszyńskiego. It was built in 2021 by WARBUD acting as the general contractor. The company is currently building a second, sister building - Skyliner II.
