SZCZECIN PHILHARMONIC HALL

Mieczysław Karłowicz Philharmonic Hall in Szczecin has received the prestigious Mies van der Rohe European Union Prize. This is the first building in Poland which has won such an important award. The building is a venue for symphonic music concerts. It contains two concert halls. The large hall has a maximum capacity of 951 listeners (870 when the choir is present) and the small hall - 192 listeners.
