WARBUD has been awarded a contract for the extension of the Specialist Outpatient Clinic building at University Clinical Hospital No. 4 in Lublin.
The contract was signed on 3 July 2026 by Mr. Lech Wąsowski – member of WARBUD SA’s management board, Krzysztof Siemionek – Head of the Tendering Department, and on behalf of the Client by Mr. Piotr Rybak – Deputy Director for Hospital Finance and Development.
Our team has 24 months to complete the project under the "design, build and fit out" model.
About the facility
The detailed scope of the contract includes the preparation of comprehensive project documentation and the construction of a new, three-storey wing of the Specialist Outpatient Care Centre at Jaczewskiego Street in Lublin. The lower ground floor will house an X-ray suite with ancillary rooms, an archive, staff changing rooms and technical rooms. The mezzanine floor and first floor are to house specialist clinics with treatment rooms, waiting rooms and ancillary facilities.
Expansion parameters:
In order to build connections and ensure circulation between the existing building and the proposed building, we will refurbish part of the Specialist Clinics building. The contract also covers the supply and installation of equipment, landscaping works around the new building (access paths, pavements, roads, external ramp), planting of greenery and a complete connection of the newly designed systems to the supply points at the Hospital, including the routing of systems outside the area covered by the design to the planned rooms.
On behalf of the Client, we will obtain a legally valid occupancy permit for the building.
It is worth noting that University Clinical Hospital No. 4 is the largest hospital in the Lublin Voivodeship in terms of the number of admissions.
