The subject of WARBUD’s new contract is the construction of an apartment building situated at the junction of Rydygiera and Przasnyska Streets in Warsaw.
The contract was signed on 7 July 2026 by Mr. Nicolas Dépret – Chairman of WARBUD SA’s Management Board, and Mr. Tomasz Jermaków – Director of the company’s Division Centre. The contract was signed on behalf of the investor, VIG Polska Real Estate Sp. z o.o., by Ms. Alicja Beym, Chair of the Management Board, and Mr. Michał Leja, Management Board Member.
About the building
The construction of the planned multi-family residential building is a ‘turnkey’ project. The structure contains a total of 104 flats – fully furnished and equipped with audio-visual and domestic appliances, with between 1 and 4 rooms, depending on the floor area.
The building will have 10 storeys above ground and one underground. The ground floor will comprise an entrance hall (providing access from Przasnyska Street and from the courtyard), commercial premises (accessible from public areas and via the building’s internal circulation system) and residential units. Flats are planned for the upper floors. The basement of the building will house a car park, technical rooms and separate ancillary rooms.
The Warsaw-based studio AHR Architects is responsible for the building’s design. The investor holds a valid construction design and a building permit, which means that WARBUD SA is responsible for developing a detailed design and the actual construction work including landscaping.
The project is scheduled for completion within 24 months from the date of signing the contract.
