On January 26, 2017 Warbud S.A. signed a contract for expansion of "REPTY" Health Centre, Gen. Jerzy Ziętek Upper Silesian Rehabilitation Centre in Tarnowskie Góry.

On Warbud's part the contract was signed by Mr Jerzy Werle, Chairman, and Mr Lech Wąsowski - Director of the Medical Construction Division. The Client was represented by Mr Krystian Oleszczyk - Director of the Rehabilitation Centre in Tarnowskie Góry.

Warbud will carry out the project in the 'design and build' formula.

Warbud's scope of work covers:

• developing a construction permit design and execution designs, obtaining a construction permit,
• construction of the facility including supply and installation of equipment, soft landscaping works and obtaining an occupancy permit.

The new building will be situated in the nature and landscape complex in Repty Śląskie named "Park in Repty and Drama Valley" which has been listed as a heritage site by historic heritage conservation office.

The building will be a six-floor structure with a partial basement. The building will contain 170 hospital beds for cardiological rehabilitation unit, gymnastic halls for the patients, changing rooms for 100 members of the medical personnel, conference rooms and all the facilities necessary for the performance of medical procedures.
