Warbud will build phase 2 of 'Madison Apartments' estate in Warsaw

Warbud has signed a contract for the construction of a complex of multi-family apartment buildings named 'Madison Apartments Phase 2' located at 10 Szamocka St. in Warsaw. The investor is the company Szamocka Sp. z o.o.

Madison Apartments is a quiet residential complex situated in a cosy part or Żoliborz district, surrounded by a 44-hectare forest complex with a direct entrance to the Na Kole forest.

Warbud will implement the development project as a general contractor. The scope of work covers:

  • detailed execution designs for all disciplines,
  • construction of three multi-family buildings with a two-level underground parking,
  • landscaping works with accessory structures and vegetation,
  • road infrastructure
  • technical infrastructure (including water and sewer connections and connection of the heat distribution centre to the municipal network).

The proposed complex will consist of 3 buildings numbered 6, 7 and 8. Building 6 will have from 4 to 6 floors and a mezzanine. The other buildings with numbers 7 and 8 will be 4 floors high. In accordance with Polish technical and building regulations building No. 6 is classified as a medium-height structure, and buildings 7 and 8 as low structures. The underground part of the building will house a parking divided into fire zones, technical rooms and utility rooms.

Madison Apartments have been designed in accordance with the idea "Design for living". The project is a good offer for people who value moderate size and cosy flats as well as those who enjoy large apartments and luxury penthouses.
