Warbud's latest contract was signed on Friday, July 20, 2018 at 11.00 hours in the office of the Mayor of Toruń.  Under the contract Warbud will build as general contractor the seat of District Court building in Toruń, located in the area of Zwycięstwa Square and Jagiellońska, Grudziądzka and Warneńczyka streets. Warbud was represented by Mr. Wojciech Gerber, Board Member and Mr. Daniel Okoński, Proxy. The Client was represented by Mr. Marian Pieńczewski, Director of the Court of Appeals in Gdańsk. 

The contract covers the construction of a new building with complete technical infrastructure, landscaping works and partial equipment.

The detailed scope Warbud's part of the procurement covers the following works:

o   removal of the existing granite slab surfaces, partly to be reused,

o   excavation shoring and drainage,

o   earthworks,

o   reinforced concrete structure of the building (14.750 m³ of concrete, 2.000 tons of steel)

o   waterproofing of the substructure

o   finishing works, including approx. 10 000 m² of facade made of architectural concrete panels

o   partial supply of equipment for the facility

o   sanitary installations

o   electrical and telecommunications systems

o   landscaping works planting of greenery
