Warbud has signed a contract for the construction of Graffit office building at 28 Domaniewska St. in Warsaw. The contract with the investor, the company Trinket Sp. z o.o., was signed on 2 September 2016.

The building, designed by the Polish branch of Rolfe Judd architectural studio from London, will be built in the neighbourhood of Galeria Mokotów Shopping Centre.

The building with the shape of the letter "z" will have its long axis situated along the North-West direction whereas the shorter horizontal wings will be parallel to Domaniewska and Abramowskiego streets.

In the ground floor of the building on the North and South sides there will be the two main complexes of retail outlets. Between those spaces there will be a walk-through entrance hall with a main reception desk connecting two entrances to the building situated on the East and West sides.

In front of the main entrances there will be two entrance yards underlined by the surface finishing material, landscaping elements and exterior lighting.

The dynamic features of the building will be underlined by a LED light strip integrated with the inter-floor strip. The building is applying for "Excellent" grade BREEAM certificate.
