Warbud SA will execute another phase of River Point housing project in Wroclaw

Building KM3 will be built in the direct vicinity of a boulevard on the river Odra and will contain 110 apartments. The construction contract was signed on June 19, 2017. The 9-storey building will have an underground park in the basement and on the ground floor. The large area of facade glazing will ensure excellent lighting of the interior of the building and give the buildings a modern look. Some apartments will offer a view of the Old Town Market. The colour scheme of the facade will match the surroundings of the prestigious project and they will together create Wroclaw's architectural showcase.

The investor is the company Archicom Sp. z o.o.

At present Warbud is also building blocks KM1 and KM2.

Cubic volume: 43 177.1 m3

Net area: 11 500 m2

Scheduled contract duration: June 2017 - November 2018
