Warbud as a Strategic Partner of the programme "Builder For The Young Engineers" presented an offer addressed to young engineers and shared their experience in an expert panel. The event, which took place on March 15, 2018, attracted several hundred participants from all over Poland. Educational workshops for construction students of and young but already professionally active engineers of various fields were organised for the third time the industry monthly "Builder".

Young people had an opportunity to get first-hand information on employers' requirements during recruitment processes. Warbud's stand was run by our colleagues from the Human Resources Management and Public Relations Departments.

Mr. Jerzy Werle, Warbud's Chairman and CEO took part in the debate "Young engineer in the labour market. The road to career." Questions asked by students and young engineers about the choice of career paths and professional development were answered by Chairmen and Board Members of the largest construction companies. After all, an engineering diploma opens up many opportunities for a graduate. Completion of technical studies allows them to find a well-paid and satisfying job. However, it was emphasized by the participants of the debate that only "hard" skills and technical knowledge are not sufficient today. Very important are also the so-called "soft" competences and professional experience.

Thanks to the programme "Builder For The Young Engineers" young people had a chance to derive from the best source - in the March edition they had a chance to learn from outstanding Polish engineers, architects and representatives of the academic staff.
