Since 2004 Warbud SA has been carrying out building projects serving to provide a better environment – waste water treatment plants, solid waste treatment plants and water treatment stations. The first project executed by our company was a Solid Waste Treatment Plant, with a capacity of 19 000 tonnes per year, at Gilwa Mala near Kwidzyn. Next we built a waster water treatment station for the AVON plant in Garwolin.

We are currently working on several contracts in this category, the largest being the extension of the Collective Waste Water Treatment Plant (GOS) for the Lodz conurbation. Three powerful biological treatment lines are designed to be capable of purifying up to 126 000 cubic metres of liquid waste per day. Our other projects include the construction of a waste water treatment plant for the district of Stare Babice in the Warsaw suburbs, and modernization of the Radocha II waste water treatment plant in Sosnowiec.

The decision to become active in environmental construction resulted from our desire to contribute to the development of a field of great national importance, and allowed us to take advantage of the opportunities provided by EU funding for environment-friendly infrastructure in Poland. We hope that Warbud will contribute to the proper use of EU assistance with real benefits for people and the natural environment. We are consistently building the company’s reputation as a reliable partner in work on environment-friendly developments, particularly the largest and most technically complex projects.
