| | "Safe Construction Site 2009” Warbud received 2nd prize in the competition "Safe Construction Site” for the modernization and extension of ‘Czajka’ Wastewater Treatment Plant. The jury appointed by Deputy Regional Labour Inspector for Supervision assessed among others the health and safety plan, the size and complexity of the building works, the quality of professional risk assessment with respect to the particular working sites, workers' knowledge of the possible risks, the degree of risk identification, quality of coordination, effectiveness of supervision over the implementation of health and safety regulations by the entities present on the site, observance of health and safety regulations on site, number of accidents on site during the competition and a presentation of non-standard solutions in the field of health and safety. The award ceremony was held on 19th January 2010 during BUDMA 2010 construction fairs in Poznań. Warbud was represented by Mr. Waldemar Piwek, Deputy Director and Mr. Mariusz Marjański, Site Manager.

| | “Building of the Year 2008” The competition, which is organized by the Polish Association of Building Engineers and Technicians, is one of the most prestigious rankings of the achievements of the Polish building industry. The evaluation procedure, which lasted for several months, consisted in a detailed analysis of the technical and financial documentation as well as building inspections. Warbud SA received the following awards in the 19th edition of the competition:
- 1st Prize and the title “Building of the Year” and a golden statuette for Phase 3 of the Kwiatkowski Road in Gdynia
- 1st Prize, the title “Building of the Year” and a golden statuette for MedicoverHospital in Warsaw
- 2nd Prize and a silver statuette for Platinium II office building in Wasrsaw
- A diploma of merit for the Faculty of Historical and Social Sciences of Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University in Warsaw.

| | "Eco-Investment Leader" Warbud received the title and statuette of Eco-Investment Leader in the category 'Contractor' for the works performed at the Waste Water Treatment Plant in Łódź. We received this distinction in the third edition of the competition organized by the Polish construction bi-weekly PROFILE. The jury awards most trusted companies acting for the benefit of the natural environment. The competition is open to investors and companies which in the period of the previous 3 years executed investment projects connected with the improvement of the natural environment and were co-financed by the Cohesion Fund. The award ceremony was held on 23 march 2009.

| | Construction of the Year 2007 in the North-East Region The 1st stage of construction of the Podlaska Opera House and the European Arts Centre in Białystok performed by Warbud S.A. was awarded with the gold statuette. The building won in the category of innovative structural solutions in the 14th edition of the contest organized by the Polish Association of Construction Engineers and Technicians, Branch in Białystok. The goal of the competition is to promote good work, professionalism, high quality, good organization of work, innovativeness and technical progress in the construction industry. The prize award ceremony was held on October 23, 2008 in the NOT Conference Hall on M. Skłodowskiej Curie St. in Białystok.

| | Beautiful Wroclaw 2007 Buildings completed by Warbud received prizes in the 18th competition 'Beautiful Wroclaw' for the best architectural project of the year 2007. The Jury recognized the company for the construction of the Integrated Student Centre of Warsaw University of Technology and gave it 1st Prize in the public buildings category. Warbud also received 1st Prize for the construction of the Leopoldinum Residence on ul. Zyndrama z Maszkowic in the category of residential buildings, multifamily buildings and the Grand Prix. The award ceremony was held on June 27, 2008 in the Museum of Architecture in Wroclaw.

| | Construction of the Year 2007 Warbud achieved significant success in the competition 'Construction of the Year 2007,' whose results were announced on June 2, 2008. We proposed 6 projects and all of them gained the jurors' recognition. Two projects, that is the Multifamily Residential Complex at ul. Kostki Potockiego in Warsaw and the Main Computing Centre and the Headquarters of the Social Security Agency (ZUS) in Warsaw were awarded the highest trophy – the building "Oscars". The Newton Office Building in Krakow won the 2nd prize, and the Commercial Centre Sosnowiec Plaza took the honourable 3rd place. The following Warsaw projects received diplomas of merit: the Muszelka swimming pool on ul. Balkonowa and the Ministry of Interior and Administration Hospital on ul. Wołoska. The “Construction of the Year” competition organised by the Polish Association of Building Engineers and Technicians under the auspices of the Ministry of Infrastructure and the General Office of Building Control aims at awarding building projects with outstanding implementation results. This year’s 18th review of achievements on the construction market encompasses the whole territory of Poland and is highly valued by the building society. In this year the jurors qualified 49 investment projects in 9 categories.

| | DOM 2006 Competition The Competition was organised by the Polish Housing Association in Lublin. The territorial scope of the Competition encompassed eastern provinces of Poland, districts in the Ukraine, Brest District in Belarus and the territory of Lithuania. 74 investment projects which represented achievements of the last two years in the above mentioned regions were proposed for the competition.

| | | Safe Construction Site 2006 Results of the competition, which was organised by the National Labour Inspectorate, were announced at the award ceremony held on 15 November 2006 in Łódź. In 2006 inspectors of the Regional Labour Inspectorate checked 90 construction sites in the Łódź province. 6 sites with the highest safety standards were chosen to be included in the last stage of the competition. The short list of candidates included 6 sites which according to the Jurors were model sites in the scope of occupational safety. The finalists are the construction companies which have proved that they can build safely. The Jury highly valued safety plans prepared by Site Managers, correct professional risk estimation as well as adherence to the regulations and procedures in force. |

Because of its high prestige, the Building of the Year competition has come to be known in the industry as the “Building Oscars”. It is run by the Polish Union of Building Technicians and Engineers in conjunction with the construction and transport ministries and the Central Office of Building Supervision. It aims to reward the best buildings constructed each year in nine categories (residential, office, commercial, industrial, public, civil engineering on land and water, roads and motorways, and restorations). Entries are graded in three classes, based on criteria which include organization of work, time taken, technological solutions, safety of work and health protection, and the impact of the development on the natural environment. The winning buildings are not merely modern constructions which are in harmony with their surroundings, but above all most be user-friendly. |
| | | CEMEX Building Prize The following buildings constructed by Warbud won awards in the national stage of the competition in its 15th year: 1. Marina Mokotow residential estate: currently the largest project in Poland in this sector of construction, popularly called the New Town of Old Mokotow. The committee recognized that the project meets the highest European standards and is friendly to residents and the environment. 2. Galeria Kazimierz retail centre – this outstanding development in Krakow was selected unanimously by the jury in the institutional building category. Announcing their verdict, jurors drew particular attention to the interesting and skilful fusion of historic and modern architecture. The idea of revitalizing the existing buildings and city district was a key element which distinguished this project from others entered in the same category. The CEMEX Building Prize is open only to building projects on which that firm’s products were used. An evaluation was made of developments completed in 2004–2005. The winning projects from 35 countries of the world will take part in the international phase of the competition. The award ceremony for the CEMEX Building Prize will take place on 3 November 2006 in Monterrey, Mexico. |

The main aim of the competition, run by Bosch, is to promote state-of-the-art construction in Poland. Awards can be given to firms which use innovative technologies and materials, promote energy efficiency and environment-friendly measures, and meet deadlines for completion of developments.

| | Gold Crane 2003 First prize for the most beautiful residential building (METRUM on ul. KEN in the Ursynow district of Warsaw). The competition, organized by Ursynow District Authority and the local press, aims to promote an aesthetic sense and good taste in architecture and construction. The competition, now in its fourth year, shows that the local community wants to see new buildings in Ursynow which are not only modern and functional, but also look good.

| | Modernization of the Year 2002 First prize awarded to WARBUD SA for its renovation and modernization of Stara Papiernia in Konstancin-Jeziorna. The Organizing Committee particularly appreciated the care with which we carried out conservation work, aimed at saving as much as possible of this historic building after it was seriously damaged by fire. The competition, in its 7th year, promotes functionality in renovated buildings, modern technologies and design solutions, and high standards in building and conservation work. Awards are given to investors, architects and construction firms for preserving national heritage buildings.

The competition promotes beautiful architecture in Ursynow, with prizes going to investors, architects and construction firms. More than 20 buildings were nominated, with separate categories for apartment buildings, houses, and public buildings. The honorary patron was Mayor Stanislaw Falinski, and the judging panel was chaired by District Chief Architect Jacek Ryszkowski.
