WARBUD BETON Sp. z o.o. is a separate company involved in the production of concrete and providing services in relation to the transporting and pumping of concrete mix.

Basic information

• WARBUD BETON Sp. z o.o. is the new name of the entity which formerly operated under the name WARBUD SA Concrete Production Branch. We have been operating since 1997. 
• WARBUD-BETON is a subsidiary company owned by Warbud SA. 
• The CEO is Wojciech Klang, Michal Krzyzanowski is Vice-President, and the post of Economic Director and Proxy is held by Piotr Rosiak
  

Since we began operating we have produced and delivered to building sites over 2.4 million cubic metres of concrete.

In the fields of designing, production and delivery of concrete mixes, the company operates under an Integrated Management System in accordance with the following standards: PN-EN ISO 9001:2009 (Quality), PN-EN ISO 14001:2005 (Environment), PN-EN 18001:2004 (OH&S) and Internal Quality Control according to the PN-EN 206-1:2003 standards. This system is described in a Quality Manual, which is available for general inspection at the company’s headquarters.

WARBUD-BETON also fulfils the requirements of AQAP AQAP 2110:2009 in relation to the activities mentioned above.

The concrete mix is produced from quality-controlled ingredients which have been appropriately certified. Concrete production takes place in three modern computer-controlled units. The production facilities are equipped with systems for warming the aggregate and water, enabling concrete mix to be produced even in winter. Production is carried out in an environment-friendly manner. All of our production facilities have devices for recycling left-over concrete. 

WARBUD-BETON Sp. z o.o. has its own laboratory and also makes use of the services of the independent laboratory of HYDROBUDOWA – 1 BETONIARNIA-LABORATORIUM Sp. z o.o. The independent laboratory is certified by the Polish Accreditation Centre (accreditation no. AB 651). 

The laboratory tests the concrete mix in accordance with the processes of WARBUD-BETON’s Quality Management System. The company laboratory is situated at ul. Potrzebna 55, Warsaw.

The laboratory ensures the standard of the product by: 

• Constantly monitoring the quality of the raw materials used in concrete production 
• Testing the concrete mix from the moment of production, during transportation, right up to when it is used in building 
• Testing the technical parameters of set concrete

The laboratory designs recipes based on submitted specifications and requirements. The technical staff provide help in the practical solution of technological problems reported by customers. The laboratory cooperates with scientific centres (including ITB, IBDiM, PW).
