The Specialist Building Directorate (DBS) is responsible for high-budget construction projects in all sectors. It deals with projects financed by both the public and the private sectors.

Its services cover all phases of the development process – from architectural design right up to obtaining a certificate for the completed building. DBS focuses on winning and fulfilling contracts of high strategic importance for the company’s business. Because of their scale, value or complexity, these contracts require maximum commitment of technical, organizational and human resources.

 

DBS staff draw on their many years of achievement and rich experience, while for the most challenging tasks they can take advantage of the international experience of VINCI Construction, the company’s partner and shareholder. The wide range of projects carried out includes large-volume buildings (retail centres, office complexes, factories) special-purpose buildings (military structures, storage reservoirs), transport infrastructure (metro stations) and power engineering facilities.
