Centre Region is Warbud SA’s largest operating division. The Region covers the area of three central voivodships: mazowieckie, łódzkie and świętokrzyskie. The headquarters of the Region is located in Warsaw. Warsaw is also the location of the majority of projects which have been built by the company.
The activities of Centre Region concentrate on volume building projects – residential buildings and housing estates, office buildings, hotels, retail and commercial centres for private and public clients. The Regions main clients have been private development companies. In the recent years the Region obtained prestigious public contracts such as headquarters of state institutions, schools, sports and leisure facilities.
