WARBUD Beton Sp. z o. o. is a company involved in the production of concrete and providing services in relation to the transporting and pumping of concrete mix.

We do our best to achieve our overriding objective which is the full satisfaction of our Clients using the synergy of both Companies.

Qualified personnel and long-term experience are our invaluable assets which we use for the development of special concrete mixes. Our experience and knowledge gained in the course of our operation allow us to supervise the process of building in concrete mixes and elaborate recommendations for its curing.

The concrete mix is produced from quality-controlled materials which have all the relevant certificates. Cooperation with top-range and tested suppliers allows us to provide our Clients with top quality products. Concrete production takes place in computer-controlled units. Materials are batched automatically and the production process is supervised by qualified personnel. The production facilities are equipped with systems for warming the aggregate and water, enabling concrete mix to be produced even in winter. Production is carried out in an environment-friendly manner. All of our production facilities have devices for recycling left-over concrete.

For the purposes of particular projects, staff of Warbud Beton Sp. z o.o. prepare studies concerning technologies for carrying out concrete work and concrete curing, and provide advice about complete supplies of concrete mix pumping equipment for building sites. The special equipment owned by Wabud Beton allows the firm to execute even the most technologically complex projects. At the request of clients, we also prepare Quality Assurance Programmes relating to those issues.

Warbud Beton Sp. z o.o. has its own company laboratory, and also uses the services of an independent laboratory approved by the Polish Accreditation Centre.

Since we began operating we have produced and delivered to building sites over 3.5 million cubic metres of concrete.

Warbud Beton Sp. z o.o. operates in accordance with an Integrated Factory Production Control Management System applying to the requirements governing the design, production and conformity of concrete mixes, substrates and stabilisation products, and according to standards PN-EN ISO 9001(Quality), PN-EN ISO 14001 (Environment) and PN B 45001 (Safety).
